2. Visitare il sito

Quando aprite il sito, il server che lo ospita riceve i dati tecnici che ogni browser invia: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser e dispositivo, pagina richiesta, data e ora. Li usa solo per far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo da abusi e attacchi, senza profilarvi.

Base giuridica: il nostro legittimo interesse a offrire un sito sicuro e funzionante (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Conservazione: per il tempo tecnico previsto dal fornitore dell'hosting.

Font, immagini e script sono serviti direttamente dal nostro sito: aprendo le pagine il vostro browser non contatta Google Fonts né altri servizi esterni.

3. Prenotare un tavolo

Il modulo di prenotazione non invia e non salva nulla su questo sito: prepara un messaggio che siete voi a decidere se inviare tramite WhatsApp. Se lo inviate, riceviamo nome, numero WhatsApp, data, orario, numero di persone, l'eventuale occasione e le note che scrivete. Lo stesso vale se ci chiamate o ci scrivete un'email.

Usiamo questi dati soltanto per gestire la vostra prenotazione e rispondervi. Base giuridica: la vostra richiesta e le misure per darle seguito (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Allergie e intolleranze. Se nelle note ci indicate un'allergia, un'intolleranza o un'esigenza alimentare legata alla salute, si tratta di un dato particolare (art. 9 GDPR). Lo usiamo esclusivamente per preparare piatti adatti a voi, sulla base del consenso esplicito che ci date scrivendocelo (art. 9.2.a GDPR). Potete revocarlo quando volete chiedendoci di non tenerne conto.

WhatsApp è un servizio di WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., che tratta i dati del suo servizio secondo la propria informativa. Conservazione: per il tempo necessario a gestire la prenotazione e il servizio.

Fornire i dati è facoltativo, ma senza almeno nome, data e orario non possiamo prenotare il tavolo.

4. La mappa di Google

Nella sezione "Dove siamo" la mappa di Google Maps non viene caricata finché non premete "Mostra la mappa". Se la caricate, Google (Google Ireland Ltd. e Google LLC) riceve il vostro indirizzo IP e può usare cookie e strumenti simili secondo la propria informativa. Premere il pulsante equivale a dare il consenso per quella visita; per le indicazioni potete anche usare il link "Indicazioni stradali", che apre Google Maps in una nuova scheda.

5. Cookie e memoria del browser

Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione, di marketing o statistici, quindi non vi chiede un consenso con un banner. Salva nel vostro browser solo due piccole informazioni tecniche, che servono a farlo funzionare come avete scelto:

Sono strumenti tecnici, che la legge esonera dal consenso (art. 122 del Codice privacy e Linee guida del Garante sui cookie del 10 giugno 2021). Il fornitore dell'hosting può inoltre usare cookie tecnici di sicurezza per distinguere i visitatori dai bot. Potete cancellare tutto in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del browser.

6. Chi può ricevere i dati

• Cloudflare, Inc., che ospita il sito, come responsabile del trattamento;
• chi realizza e gestisce tecnicamente il sito per nostro conto, nominato responsabile del trattamento;
• WhatsApp, se ci scrivete da lì, e Google, solo se caricate la mappa, come titolari autonomi dei propri servizi;
• autorità pubbliche, solo quando la legge lo impone.

Non vendiamo e non cediamo i vostri dati a nessuno per scopi commerciali.

7. Dati fuori dall'Unione europea

Cloudflare, Google e Meta possono trattare dati anche negli Stati Uniti. Questi trasferimenti avvengono sulla base della decisione di adeguatezza della Commissione europea sul "EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework" del 10 luglio 2023 o delle clausole contrattuali tipo approvate dalla Commissione.

8. I vostri diritti

Potete chiederci in ogni momento di accedere ai vostri dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne l'uso, opporvi al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse, riceverli in un formato leggibile e revocare il consenso dato (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Basta scrivere a francesca@trattorialdente.it. Non prendiamo decisioni automatizzate su di voi.

Se ritenete che il trattamento violi la normativa, potete presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

2. Visiting the website

The hosting server receives the technical data every browser sends (IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time). It is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse, never for profiling. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), kept for the hosting provider's technical retention period. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own site: your browser does not contact Google Fonts or other external services.

3. Booking a table

The booking form does not send or store anything on this website: it prepares a message that you decide whether to send via WhatsApp. If you send it, we receive your name, WhatsApp number, date, time, number of guests, occasion and notes. The same applies if you call or email us. We use this data only to handle your booking and reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Allergies and intolerances are health data (Art. 9 GDPR). We use them solely to prepare suitable dishes, based on the explicit consent you give by telling us (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy policy. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the booking and the service. Providing data is optional, but without a name, date and time we cannot book your table.

4. The Google map

The Google Maps map in the "Visit" section is not loaded until you press "Show the map". If you load it, Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) receives your IP address and may use cookies and similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Pressing the button counts as your consent for that visit.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no profiling, marketing or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner. It only stores two small technical items in your browser: aldente-lang (localStorage, remembers the language you chose, until you clear it) and aldente-intro (sessionStorage, avoids replaying the opening animation, until you close the tab). These are technical tools exempt from consent under Italian law (Art. 122 of the Privacy Code and the Italian DPA cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021). The hosting provider may also use technical security cookies to tell visitors from bots. You can clear everything from your browser settings at any time.

6. Recipients and transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) and the provider who builds and maintains the site for us act as processors. WhatsApp, if you write to us there, and Google, only if you load the map, act as independent controllers of their services. Public authorities receive data only where required by law. We never sell your data. Cloudflare, Google and Meta may process data in the United States, under the European Commission's EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 or the Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw any consent (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to francesca@trattorialdente.it. We make no automated decisions about you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
